Who We Are?

Alemap Health & Wellness Coaching and Consulting, LLC brings over two decades of real-world nursing experience into personalized health education, coaching, and advocacy. We help individuals, groups, and organizations better understand their health, navigate complex medical situations, and make informed lifestyle choices. By combining clinical knowledge with practical wellness support, we focus on clarity, prevention, and guidance that fits real life—so people feel empowered, supported, and confident in their health journey.

Our Mission
With over 20 years of experience as a registered nurse in the specialties of trauma, cardiac health, gastrointestinal disease, nephrology, neurology, procedural conscious sedation, emergency room, clinical documentation integrity and hospice, nothing brought more joy than health and wellness coaching. The current healthcare system is reactive not proactive. Shifting ones focus to preventive disease education instead of reactive disease treatment requires wellness coaching and support. Our mission as an organization is to provide the holistic support needed through individual, group, and community education.
Our Vision
With rising healthcare costs and prevalence of preventable disease, our vision is to educate clients regarding their health and medical concerns and support their journey to prevent, improve, and/or manage health. Objectives Educating clients in preventive disease through increase in overall metabolic and mental health, nutrition education and lifestyle changes Assist clients in identifying wellness health care goals and create goal directed plans for positive changes to overall health Support clients navigating the management of acute and or chronic disease Patient support and advocacy in navigating the healthcare system as it relates to life altering medical diagnoses and treatment Education available through 1:1 sessions, group sessions, community health events, employer directed programs, and insurance wellness/preventive disease programs
